
Three people have been charged in connection with alleged irregularities in the proxy voting for the House of Keys by-election in East Douglas last May.
They are due to appear in court on March 8.
In addition, police say five people remain on bail while they complete their enquiries.
They will appear to answer their bail next Monday, February 7.
Police say a file is currently with the Attorney General, and a decision is awaited.
