'Universe' platform to boost race audience
Ticketmaster Sport has been appointed as the official ticketing partner for the TT races, government has announced.
From a revamped website, tickets for all TT and Classic TT events will now be available online via Ticketmaster Universe, a service which launched in the UK in 2016.
They are no strangers to motosport having worked with Formula-E as well as a host of Premier League football clubs and at other leading sports venues.
The Department of Enterprise, who are the commercial rights holders, say the partnership will help grow the audience of the Island's racing brand and increase visitors to the Isle of Man.
The appointment of the California-based ticket company, follows an announcement earlier this month of fellow US group, Pilgrim Media and Digital Circus.
Hospitality, VIP and Official Grandstand tickets for TT 2019 will go on sale from 10 tomorrow morning.
