Entrepreneur in talks with Scotland and Wales after Manx project stalls
A renewable energy entrepreneur who hoped to set up three tidal energy sites around the Island believes it would have generated a lot of power for Manx residents.
Steve Malley claims he was unable to get his project up and running because of government red tape.
He says issues over the size of the turbines, and problems accessing connector cables, resulted in his backers pulling out.
