Entrepreneur in talks with Scotland and Wales after Manx project stalls
A renewable energy entrepreneur who hoped to set up three tidal energy sites around the Island believes it would have generated a lot of power for Manx residents.
Steve Malley claims he was unable to get his project up and running because of government red tape.
