
The redevelopment of Callows Yard in Castletown is complete and fully open, and the man behind the £20 million scheme is delighted with the initial response from the Manx public.
Forty thousand square feet of mixed use retail space and a 30,000 square foot hotel complex, including onsite kitchen, bakery and entertainment, form the development, which is seen by many as the rejuvenation of the ancient capital.
The hotel facility comprises 28 self contained apartments and town houses, a conference and function room and a central courtyard, known as the 'Arena'.
