A millionaire businessman has withdrawn from the Castletown Commissioners by-election, just a fortnight after announcing he would be standing.
Callow's Yard developer Roy Tilleard has cited 'work commitments' as the reason behind his decision.
The two remaining candidates are artist and teacher Rosemary Robinson and retired coastguard and mariner Peter Hill-Heaton.
