Catherine, 2, in running for BHF honour
A little Manx girl is through to the final three in a major British charity competition.
The British Heart Foundation's Heart Hero Awards 2017 take place on the 4th July - when toddler Catherine Cattle will join her parents in Manchester for a glittering awards ceremony.
She was born with an extremely rare condition in 2015, and, at just four weeks old, became the youngest person in the British Isles to endure full open heart surgery for her Fallot condition.
Now happy and healthy at home, mum Emily says it's been a tumultuous ride, but it's a 'real joy' for Catherine's iron will to be recognised:
