The Isle of Man Constabulary has received a prestigious award recognised around the world.
The police met the 'Investors in People' standard following a three day assessment earlier in the year.
The award recognises organisations that perform well thanks to the development of their staff.
Investors in People assessor, Peter Clarke, described some of the areas the constabulary was examined in.
