Manx Cancer Help kicks off its 30th anniversary campaign with an event at the Manx Museum this evening.
And there are a couple of very special guests coming along.
Two-time World Superbike champion and former Island resident James Toseland, who still has a house in Port Soderick, and his wife, singer/songwrite Katie Melua are flying in today to attend the SMP-sponsored event.
The charity's fundraiser / co-ordinator Ally Martin says it should be a great evening:
Glencrutchery Road to close to northbound traffic
Several sailings at risk or cancelled due to adverse weather
MHK's shock over Hospice announcement
Baldrine Methodist Hall is not being sold by church
Sulby Straight closure in place this weekend
