
Offering visitors to the Isle of Man consistently high standards is the key to the future success of our tourism industry.
That was the message from Minister Adrian Earnshaw at the second Annual Tourism Awards, held at the Villa Marina yesterday.
From Best Event of the Year - which went to the Centenary TT - to Dreem Ard, a cosy bed and breakfast house in Douglas, there was strong competition in seven categories.
Mr Earnshaw says the judges were impressed with excellent standards of service and attention to detail.
And he said there's a watch-word for attracting the discerning visitors the industry needs:
