The potential effect pandemic flu could have on tourism and hospitality in the Isle of Man is being assessed today.
A seminar has been arranged by the Department of Tourism and Leisure and will be led by director of public health Dr Parameswaran Kishore.
It's taking place this afternoon, between 3pm and 4pm at the Broadway Cinema in the Villa Marina.
During the presentation, Dr Kishore will outline the content of the Isle of Man Government's strategic plan for preparing, coping with and recovering from a flu pandemic.
Members of the tourism and hospitality industry are being encouraged to attend.
