Fears over more regulation
Those who rent homes to holiday makers say they've been caught out by moves to regulate the private rental sector.
A landlord registration bill is currently being considered by the House of Keys.
Sara Richards is the chairman of the Isle of Man Self-Catering Owners Association.
She says the sector wants to avoid additional red tape:
