Annual trek starts at 6.15pm
An annual trek out to the Tower of Refuge on foot takes place this evening, 12 August.
Participants are meeting at the Loch Promenade steps for a 6.15pm start.
Low tidal patterns mean the walk is taking place slightly later than usual this year.
It's also a special year for sponsor Tower Insurance, which is celebrating its 90th anniversary.
Proceeds from the walk are being donated to the RNLI.
The Tower of Refuge was built in 1832 under the watch of the charity's founder, Sir William Hillary.
