If you look out across Douglas Bay tonight you'll see the Tower of Refuge glowing blue.
The landmark's changing colour to highlight the case of an 18-month-old boy from the Island who suffers from a rare medical condition.
It's part of an international campaign to raise awareness of the disease.
Raynor Ashton suffers from Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis, a rare illness which produces excessive levels of white blood cells.
These spread to other parts of the body and can damage tissues and cause lesions.
The cause is still unknown.
The idea came from Raynor's grandmother Tracey Jones, who contacted the Department of Infrastructure.
They've agreed to illuminate the Tower of Refuge tonight, and to light-up Pulrose power station for one week.
The Manx effort coincides with the lighting of the CN Tower in Toronto - one of the world's most famous buildings - to ensure many more people find out about the debilitating condition, and ultimately help find a cure.
