'Shocking' similarities highlighted
A campaigner for the victims of the Summerland disaster says there are 'shocking similarities' between it and the Grenfell Tower fire.
Tina Brennen watched the tragedy unfold from the cliffs at Derby Castle when she was 19 - and 44 years later, she says history appears to be 'repeating itself'.
The number of residents feared dead in the Tower is now 58.
There's also growing anger at the use of non-flame resistant cladding on the side of the building, which allowed it to burn so quickly and ferociously.
Fire safety regulations were improved across Britain following the 1973 Summerland tragedy, which claimed 50 lives.
