DEFA says industry improves year-on-year
Traceability of Manx produce is proving to be a big selling point overseas.
Food Business Development Manager Andrew Lees believes the reputation of the Island's food and drink industry has been significantly enhanced in recent years.
Last year local firms in the sector won a record-breaking 28 Great Taste Awards.
Mr Lees says he doesn't see why they can't better that total this year:
