A fire service tractor unit had to be rescued from Derbyhaven Bay this afternoon.
The vehicle was submerged by the incoming tide as it tried to launch a boat from a trailer but got into difficulties.
The £160,000 unit had to be left for the sea until the tide went out again and crews from the airport could retrieve it.
