Number of traffic build-ups reported
There are traffic issues beings reported this afternoon in and around Douglas.
Police have asked people to avoid the Marks and Spencer's car park after a build up there, noting there are other parking options available.
The Home of Rest for Old Horses car park is now full in Braddan, and cars are queuing onto Richmond Hill as a result.
The charity is holding its Christmas Fayre until 8pm tonight.
