Oastan at UCM provides hands-on experience for catering students
A restaurant which provides students with hands-on experience will open its doors to the public later this year.
Oastan is located at University College Isle of Man; it’s a training environment for catering, hospitality and food services students.
Menus are designed by chef lecturer Robert Hunter who has worked in world-class restaurants; guests can enjoy dishes which celebrate Manx produce.
