Freedom Travel boss reflects on collapse
The boss of Freedom Travel says "nobody in the travel industry could imagine the size of the fall of Thomas Cook Group."
Jan Wozniak was reflecting on a period of turbulence for the sector, and said for a while, the branch became an 'advice bureau' for clients.
He added that wasn't just for Freedom Travel customers, either:
