Minister says review of benefits system remains a priority
Changes to the Island's benefits system could be made in time for next year's Budget.
The treasury minister says a social security review remains one of his priorities -that's despite it not being included in Treasury's plan for the year ahead.
Not all benefits can be adjusted due to reciprocal arrangements with the UK.
However David Ashford maintains the review is needed:
