Higher pay requirements and stricter dependant policies to be reviewed by Council of Ministers
Treasury says it’s working on a number of changes to immigration routes to tackle ‘risks’ the system is currently facing.
The reforms include further increases in the minimum salary requirements, and greater restrictions on eligibility for those who wish to bring independents.
The Council of Ministers is expected to review the proposals early in the new year, and subsequently brought to Tynwald for approval.
