
Sixteen meetings and three consultants were involved in the run-up to the government buying a stake in UK film studio Pinewood Shepperton.
Treasury Minister Eddie Teare revealed the figures in a written answer to a question from Onchan MHK Zac Hall.
Mr Teare explained meetings had been held with Treasury, CinemaNX, Pinewood Shepperton, and Peel Holdings over eleven months.
And he said PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Maitland and Olswang had all provided advice on the deal, costing just over £70,000.
