Panel to hear evidence on income and benefits
The Treasury Minister will face questions about income and benefits when he appears before a Tynwald committee later today.
Alfred Cannan will give evidence to the Poverty Committee alongside political member for Treasury Ralph Peake from 2.30pm.
That session will be followed at 4pm by appearances from Director of Social Security Victoria McLaughlan and Deputy Director Darrin Oldam.
The hearing takes place in the Legislative Council Chamber.
