
A case against Isle of Man tycoon Trevor Baines, his wife and an advocate who had been acting on his behalf, has been adjourned for a further two weeks.
Wendy Nicolau De Almeida Baines is charged with eight offences of theft and one of deception.
Mr Baines is charged on the same counts and also14 offences relating to fire arms and regulated weapons.
Jenny Dee Holt is charged with entering into an agreement and fabricating or concealing documents.
The case will resume on the March 23.
