It’s day two of what organisers hope will be a Classic TT bank holiday weekend.
Attention today will focus on the Manx Two-Day Trial and the Festival of Jurby with a packed programme of bike parades, static displays, star riders and attractions all lined up, including a Dakota flypast at two o’clock this afternoon.
On the circuit yesterday, Ollie Linsdell was the history man - winning the inaugural race of the Isle of Man Festival of Motorcycling.
The Bedfordshire ace finished more than two minutes clear of William Dunlop and third placed Jamie Coward to dominate the Bennetts 500cc Classic TT.
And he clocked up a new lap record of 111.660mph in the process: (play audio)
The classic racing concludes tomorrow, Bank Holiday Monday, with the Okell’s 350/250 race at 10.15am, followed by the combined Formula 1, 2 and Formula Classic races at 2pm.
