40-year-old also accused of common assault
The first person to be prosecuted under new domestic abuse legislation on the Isle of Man will stand trial in June.
Charlotte Rebecca Dougherty, of Ballachrink Drive in Onchan, denies her alleged abusive behaviour - between 4 and 31 January - did, or could have, caused physical or psychological harm.
The 40-year-old, who’s also been charged with common assault, appeared at Douglas Courthouse - via live video link from the prison - to be told a trial will take place on 28 June.
There was no application for bail and she was remanded in custody until her next court appearance on 11 May.
