A trial date is due to be set today in the case of former Scottish international footballer Frank McAvennie.
The 48 year-old denies charges of affray and disorderly conduct on licensed premises.
He was charged following an alleged incident in July, when he was in the Island for an exhibition football match.
He was unable to play following his arrest.
A date for a half day hearing will be set later.
