48-year-old stopped by police on exit road at airport
A Douglas man will stand trial after denying drug driving near the Isle of Man Airport.
Brendan Christopher Hayes, of Selborne Drive, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
The 48-year-old is accused of being behind the wheel whilst over the legal limit, on the exit road at Ronaldsway, on 28 June; he’s also denied having 0.4 grams of the Class B drug in his possession.
A pre-trial review will take place on 18 January; he’s been bailed until that date.
