68-year-old appears at Douglas Courthouse
A Douglas man will stand trial after denying assaulting his daughter.
Howard John Pierce, of Lheannag Park, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
The 68-year-old allegedly committed the offence at his home address on 25 May.
A pre-trial review will take place on 8 August; he’s been bailed until that date.
