Pre-trial review will take place on 16 July
A Peel man will stand trial after a collision with a motorcyclist left her with a 'number of serious injuries'.
Jack Liam Sayle, of Raad Bridjeen, is accused of causing serious bodily harm by driving without due care and attention.
The 26-year-old was driving his Mercedes Sprinter along Douglas Road at 7:30am on 31 May last year when the motorcyclist attempted to overtake.
The court heard Sayle moved out and into her, causing the woman to come off her bike and resulting in a 'number of serious injuries'.
A pre-trial review will take place on 16 July; he’s been bailed until that date.
