25-year-old denies taking vehicle on New Year's Day
A Douglas man will stand trial after denying taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent in the early hours of New Year’s Day.
Callum Robert Dubost, of Empire Terrace, is also accused of having no insurance and driving whilst disqualified by the court.
The 25-year-old appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he was told a pre-trial review will take place on 30 March.
He’s been bailed until that date.
