31-year-old accused of USI with 14-year-old
A Douglas man will stand trial after being accused of having sex with a teenager.
Daniel William Kelly, of no fixed abode, denies having unlawful sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl.
The 31-year-old is accused of committing the offence on 25 March.
Committal proceedings, where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery, will take place on 19 January.
There was no application for bail and he was remanded at the Isle of Man Prison.
