46-year-old allegedly caught doing 50mph in 40 zone
A Glen Vine man will stand trial after disputing the legality of a temporary speed limit in Crosby.
Mark William Kinley, of Queen Margaret Road, denied speeding during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse.
The 46-year-old is accused of travelling at 50mph in a 40mph zone on 1 May.
A pre-trial review will take place on 21 September; he’s been bailed until that date.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 21 September a trial date was set for 1 November.
