An Onchan man who is accused of grabbing his ex-partner around the throat on multiple occasions will stand trial.
Charlie Derek Marshall, of Birch Hill Close, denied committing domestic abuse during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse.
The 29-year-old allegedly subjected the woman to behaviour which could or did cause her physical or psychological harm between May 2023 and March this year.
A pre-trial review will take place on 4 June; he’s been bailed until that date.
