32-year-old allegedly made still and moving photographs
A Sulby man will stand trial next year after being accused of making indecent photographs of children.
John Peter Eaton, of Kella Road, denies seven offences of creating 10 still and moving images between February 2013 and October 2021.
The 32-year-old has also been charged with inciting or procuring a person under the age of 16 to commit gross indecency between the same dates.
A plea to that charge can only be entered at the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
Committal proceedings, where the case is elevated to that court, will take place on 10 January; he’s been bailed until that date.
