Allegation from 2009 denied
Three people accused of jointly conspiring to commit perjury will stand trial after denying committing the offence.
Paul and Sarah Bell, of Manor Park in Onchan, and John Wright, of Willowbrook Gardens in Douglas, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
The trio denied the allegation which dates between January and November 2009; the court was told it relates to affidavits used in a bankruptcy case at the Isle of Man High Court.
They also entered not guilty pleas to two charges each of perjury which allegedly took place in 2009.
Mr Bell, who is 57, also denied two offences of undischarged bankruptcy which date between 2000 and 2009.
He will next appear - alongside Mrs Bell, who is 58, and 66-year-old Mr Wright - at a contested committal hearing on 16 March; all three have been bailed until that date.
