58-year-old also denies making indecent assault
A Union Mills man will stand trial in August after being accused of committing gross indecency with a child.
Dennis George Wakefield, of Snugborough Avenue, appeared in the Court of General Gaol Delivery at Douglas Courthouse where he denied two offences.
They allegedly took place between August 2016 and January 2022.
The 58-year-old also entered not guilty pleas to indecently assaulting a child between August 2016 and April 2020 and six offences of making indecent photographs of children.
He’s accused of making more than 500 still images between 2010 and 2022.
A five-day trial will start on 14 August; he’s been bailed until his next court appearance on 14 June.
