DHSC's appeal to block proceedings was dismissed last week
An employment tribunal is due to hear evidence about how documents were disclosed during a tribunal earlier this year.
The panel called for the three-day disclosure hearing over the Department of Health and Social Care's late disclosure of documents, destruction of paperwork and an allegation that some documents were concocted during Dr Rosalind Ranson's proceedings against the DHSC.
The department had sought to have this appeal quashed in the High Court last week, but Deemster Andrew Corlett dismissed the application, allowing the hearing to commence at 1.30pm today.
Earlier this year, the tribunal found Dr Ranson had been unfairly dismissed for whistleblowing.
