Four-day remedy hearing to begin this morning
A tribunal that ruled the Island's former medical director was unfairly dismissed from her role for whistleblowing will meet today to discuss the payout she'll receive.
The four-day remedy hearing gets underway at Murray House in Douglas from 10am.
Dr Rosalind Ranson previously told the panel she wasn't transferred to Manx Care because she made protected disclosures about her concerns over government's handling of the Covid pandemic.
The tribunal will consider a range of issues including how the Department of Health and Social Care disclosed documents relating to the case.
