Panel due to reconvene at 12pm
Proceedings to look at how documents were shared during an employment tribunal earlier this year will continue later today.
The disclosure hearing is examining how the Department of Health and Social Care complied with an order to provide paperwork relating to former Medical Director Dr Rosalind Ranson, after the department was found to have unfairly dismissed her from her role.
Tribunal chairman Douglas Stewart revealed at the outset of the hearing that he had come close to adjourning the liability hearing in January due to concerns over disclosure, and whether these issues would lead to an injustice.
Today's hearing gets underway at midday.
