Former Governor remembered in Winchester
There's to be a service of thanksgiving in the UK today for a late Lieutenant Governor of the Island.
Rear Admiral Sir Nigel Cecil died a week ago aged 91.
He served here between 1980 and 1985.
Another former Governor, Adam Wood, will represent the present Governor at the service taking place at Holy Trinity Church, Winchester.
