David Martin passed away at the weekend
Tributes have been paid in the House of Keys today to former MHK David Martin, who passed away at the weekend at the age of 84.
Mr Martin served his constituency of Douglas East from 1981 to 1986, and held posts as chairman of the water and gas authority, member of the home affairs board, and the tourist board.
