Western Vikings deeply saddened following death of Nigel Rawlinson
Tributes are being paid to a sportsman and community figure from the west of the Island.
Rugby club Western Vikings says it's deeply saddened to learn of the death of its former player Nigel Rawlinson.
The team says he remained a keen supporter after his playing career, who was always involved in fundraising events and the Club Mhelliah.
Nigel was also the club captain at Peel Golf Club and chair of the Peel Viking Longboats.
The club says its thoughts are with Nigel's family and friends at this time.
