Minute of silence for Dominic Delaney
Tributes have been paid to former MHK and MLC Dominic Delaney.
The 80-year-old died in the early hours of this morning.
His death was confirmed by the Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson at this morning’s sitting:
