Members hold moment's silence for former Home Ministers Minister
An emotional tribute has been paid to Bill Malarkey, the former Home Affairs Minister, in the House of Keys this morning.
Speaker of the House Juan Watterson read an obituary at the start of the sitting.
Mr Malarkey, who was 68, passed away at the end of last week, after suffering with cancer.
