Tynwald paid tribute to the wife of former President of Tynwald Sir Charles Kerruish this morning.
Lady Kathleen, or Lady Kay as she was widely known, passed away last week after a lengthy illness.
Current President of Tynwald Noel Cringle (pictured) told the court she had been a great support for her husband:
