64-year-old pleads not guilty to charge
A Douglas truck driver accused of causing a chemical spill on a busy road in Tromode will appear in court again later this year.
Sixty-four-year-old Neville Marshall, of Conister Road, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
At an earlier hearing he pleaded not guilty to having a dangerous load on Ballafletcher Road on 12 August.
He was bailed to next appear at his trial on 23 July.
