The former government minister discusses current provision
A former Manx politician believes technology will have a 'dramatic' effect on the capabilities of the Island's health service.
Terry Groves was elected as a Ramsey MHK in 1991, and became Minister of Local Government and the Environment in 1994 - a position that no longer exists.
He now chairs the Henry Bloom Noble Healthcare Trust - an organisation established 135-years ago.
He works alongside the Trust's medical appraiser Malcolm Clague who says health provisions have become better over time, but also more expensive.
