The Mountain Road has shut ahead of the planned closure after an RTC
The Mountain Road has been closed due to a road traffic collision between Ramsey and the Bungalow.
It had been due to shut at 11am ahead of today's TT races.
Before its closure, the Clerk of the Course issued a revised schedule for the day amid weather concerns.
It's as follows:
- 11:00 - Mountain Road closed
- 12:00 - All Roads closed
- 12:45 - Monster Energy Supersport TT Race 2 - Start List
- 14:50 - 3wheeling.media Sidecar TT Race 2 - Start List
- 16:05 - Solo Practice
- 17:00 - All roads except Mountain Road re-open no later than
- CONTINGENCY AVAILABLE
- 18:00 - All roads closed
- 21:30 - Roads reopen no later than
UPDATE 12:30PM: Minimum of 15-minute delay to racing. Session to hopefully get underway at 1pm.
The Clerk of the Course has confirmed Race Control is managing a non-racing medical emergency in Kirk Michael, in addition to a Road Traffic Collision that has taken place at Ginger Hall.
All roads are now closed, and you must not enter the course either by foot or by vehicle.
